1. Mr. Nightengale left the role to pursue other professional interests, according to an emailed statement from Cody Regional’s CEO Doug McMillan.
2. Mr. Nightengale served as CFO of the facility for two years.
3. Mr. Nightengale has worked as a hospital CFO with Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health Resources, which provides consulting and management resources to several facilities, including Cody Regional, a critical access hospital.
4. Cody Regional Health has started searching for a new CFO.
