Becker’s Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

1. Ralph Aleman, CEO of Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, Fla., will retire at the end of 2019.

2. Dianne Anderson, president and CEO of Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital, is resigning Nov. 6.

3. Gar Atchison has been appointed CEO of UP Health System-Marquette (Mich.) and market CEO of UP Health System, based in Marquette.

4. Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network has tapped Brady Dubois to serve as CEO of its flagship Lutheran Hospital, effective Dec. 4.

5. Lexington, Ky.-based Appalachian Regional Healthcare named Jeremy Hall community CEO for Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, Ky., effective Oct. 21.

6. Melanie Stanton, RN, was named CEO of Franklin Woods Community Hospital in Johnson City, Tenn.

7. Dana Weston, president and CEO of Eden, N.C.-based UNC Rockingham Health Care, has resigned.
