4. Astria Regional Medical Center in Yakima, Wash., named Jeff R. Egbert interim CEO, effective Oct. 25.
5. Nicole Hobbs, CEO and administrator of Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, Wyo., is resigning in January 2019.
6. Kerrville, Texas-based Peterson Health President and CEO Pat Murray is retiring at the end of April 2019.
7. Flagstaff-based Northern Arizona Healthcare dropped the “interim” from President and CEO Florence L. Spyrow’s title.
