Ms. Spyrow has served as interim leader of the organization since March, when Rob Thames resigned. She was previously the health system’s executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Flagstaff Medical Center. She came to NAH from Healthtech Management Services in Geneseo, Ill., where she was CEO.
Ms. Spyrow also has prior experience serving as senior vice president of operations for Davenport, Iowa-based Genesis Health System and vice president of hospital operations at Trinity Regional Health System in Rock Island, Ill.
Ms. Spyrow is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She holds a master’s of public administration/health administration from Portland (Ore.) State University as well as a juris doctorate from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
