7 CFO moves in 7 days

From Bon Secours Mercy Health laying out its succession plan to Novant Health naming its next financial leader, here are seven hospital and health system CFO moves Becker’s reported between March 14 and March 21.

1. HCA Florida Lake City Hospital appointed Kim Williams CFO. 

2. Renton, Wash.-based Providence named Alice Galstian CFO for philanthropy in its South division.

3. Fayetteville, Tenn.-based HH Lincoln Health named Tammy Cobb CFO. 

4. Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health appointed Travis Crum to take over as CFO July 1 when current CFO Debbie Bloomfield, PhD, shifts to a role providing financial leadership oversight of the health system’s subsidiary companies. Dr. Bloomfield will retire at the end of 2024. 

5. Atlanta-based Grady Health System’s CFO Anthony Saul is adding on the duties and title of COO. He has been Grady’s CFO since 2021. 

6. Washington, D.C.-based George Washington University Hospital has named Maia Healy CFO. 

7. Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health named Alice Pope its new executive vice president and CFO. She will begin the role May 13.
