1. Cincinnati-based TriHealth appointed Andrew DeVoe CFO.

2. Ken Miller was named CFO of Beaufort (S.C.) Memorial Hospital.

3. Terry Shaw, executive vice president, CFO and COO of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System, was promoted to president and CEO.

4. West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health appointed Joanna Zimmerman as regional CFO.

5. John Katsianis resigned as CFO of Decatur, Ga.-based DeKalb Medical Center. The hospital named Robin Nichols interim CFO.

6. Todd LaCaze was named CFO of Riverside (Calif.) Community Hospital.
