14 women making moves in healthcare

The following executive moves made by women have been reported by or shared with Becker's since Jan. 6:

1. Jennifer Gilkie was named chief marketing officer of Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth Health.

2. Claudia Eisenmann was named president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville. 

3. Ije Akunyili, MD, was named chief medical officer of Jersey City (N.J.) Medical Center.

4. Jennifer Woods, MSN, RN, assumed the role of vice president and chief nursing officer at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Ky., on Jan. 9. 

5. Asante Hilts, DrPH, was named president and CEO of Columbus, Ga.-based Valley Healthcare System.

6. Mellissa Nordsven was named human resources director at Bismarck, N.D.-based CHI St. Alexius Health.

7. Jenny Collopy was named vice president and chief marketing and communications officer of Cincinnati-based Christ Hospital Health Network.

8. Jennifer Hunt, MD, was selected as chief of staff for Gainesville, Fla.-based UF Health Shands.

9. Heather Culp was named senior vice president and chief philanthropy officer by the University of Maryland's medical center and medical school, both based in Baltimore.

10. Patricia Sanders was named vice president of operations and COO of Amsterdam, N.Y.-based St. Mary's Healthcare.

11. Raquel Parisi was named vice president of nursing and chief nursing officer of Amsterdam, N.Y.-based St. Mary's Healthcare.

12. Kristin Dyer was named CFO of Dallas-based Medical City Healthcare.

13. Nicole Berwald, MD, was appointed medical director at Northwell Health's Staten Island University Hospital in New York City.

14. DeAnna Caspers, MSN, RN, was named vice president of professional services at Richland Center, Wis.-based Richland Hospital and Clinics.
