1. Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville, N.Y., welcomed Michael Ostrander as CFO.

2. Daniel Goggin, CPA, became CFO of St. Joseph Health System in Bryan, Texas.

3. John Halfen, CEO and CFO of Northern Inyo Hospital in Bishop, Calif., announced plans to retire in July 2014.

10. Marshall Smith, CEO of New River Medical Center in Monticello, Minn., announced his resignation.

11. F. Dana Ellerbe joined Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Ariz., as CEO.

12. St. Joseph Healthcare in Nashua, N.H., named Richard Boehler, MD, MBA, FACPE, president and CEO, effective April 1.
