DSS will implement its ForSite2020 online patient scheduling system to enable veterans to schedule and confirm medical appointments from any mobile device. The self-scheduling service will be available for primary care, specialty care and mental healthcare appointments, for both in-person and telehealth visits.
The VA awarded this contract under the “Faster Care for Veterans Pilot Program,” which supports the Faster Care for Veterans Act of 2016.
