Imaging Advantage — a radiology services and technology provider — will integrate RadNet’s radiologists within its cloud-based platform to optimize physician capacity, target specialization and reduce turnaround times.

“As we encounter more opportunities to provide our services on a larger scale and participate in leading-edge risk management models, we are pleased to be working with Imaging Advantage and its highly innovative cloud platform and business strategy,” said RadNet President and CEO Howard Berger, MD.

RadNet will share its expertise in billing and collecting, risk management, marketing and payer contracting with Imaging Advantage. RadNet will also lend its outpatient imaging resources to Imaging Advantage hospital system partners to help them more effectively compete with other outpatient imaging centers.

“We are excited about working with RadNet, the largest owner and operator of freestanding outpatient imaging centers in the United States,” said Imaging Advantage CEO Naseer Hashim. “The magnitude of the combined resources, radiologists and data generated creates a myriad of unique opportunities in population health management.”
