The integration adds population health management to PrognoCIS EHR’s ambulatory and specialty software.
With Medication Management for Adherence, PrognoCIS users will be able to view the status of their patients’ medication regimens, according to a news release. Insights they will receive include adherence summaries and gaps in care messages.
