Pager names new CEO: 5 things to know

Pager, a healthcare technology platform, has named Walter Jin CEO.

Here are five things to know about Mr. Jin.

1. He has more than two decades of operational and investment experience in healthcare.

2. Most recently, he was Pager’s executive board chairman since 2015.

3. Mr. Jin is also co-founder of Three Fields Capital, an investment company that provides growth equity and venture capital to healthcare businesses, and Pacific Healthcare Management, an operating company that provides business process outsourcing services to health systems, according to a news release.

4. Additionally, he is an executive in residence at Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine and an advisor to HHS.

5. With the appointment of Mr. Jin, Pager co-founder and former CEO Gaspard de Dreuzy will advise Dr. Jin as president, Pager co-founder Oscar Salazar remains chief product and technology officer, and Pager co-founder Philip Eytan becomes chief strategy officer, according to the release.
