1. Mr. Vaughan most recently served as chief compliance officer at Danaher Dental Platform.
2. He has also held corporate counsel and compliance roles for Genentech, Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb, among others.
3. He holds a juris doctor degree from Rutgers University of Law in Newark, N.J.
4. Last January, Outcome Health settled a legal battle with advertisers and investors who claimed they were mislead about the company’s performance.
5. In his new role, Mr. Vaughan will lead development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures as part of an updated corporate compliance program.
