Mr. McNally currently serves as group president and chief media officer of Publicis Health, a healthcare communications company owned by Publicis Group, which halted all advertising on Outcome Health amid the allegations.
Outcome settled the lawsuits in January and then-CEO Rishi Shah and then-President Shradha Agarwal agreed to step down from day-to-day management of the company. The company’s COO Nandini Ramini has been serving as CEO in the interim.
