Medsphere offers IT products focused on acute and inpatient behavioral health, and ChartLogic offers an ambulatory EHR suite.
“With this merger of Medsphere and ChartLogic, we’re creating a comprehensive healthcare IT platform that extends from physician practices to acute care hospitals and inpatient behavioral health facilities, ensuring continuity of care and patient information,” said Irv Lichtenwald, president and CEO of Medsphere.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by June 30.
