Cleveland-based Medical Mutual of Ohio has chosen to work with Miami Lakes, Fla.-based Altegra Health to optimize risk analytics and reporting data.
Working with Altegra, MMO also hopes to strategically enhance communication with enrollees and engagement in the commercial health insurance marketplace.
Wendy Payne, director of risk adjustment programs at MMO, cited Altegra's chart risk analytics and reporting, retrieval and coding solutions, and SMART connect interactive platform as some of the tools MMO will benefit from.
President and CEO of Altegra Kevin Barrett expressed excitement about working with MMO.
