Medina Innovation Holdings, which is changing its name to Medical Innovation Holdings, created a wholly owned subsidiary, “3PointCare.”

Here are three things to know about 3PointCare.

1. 3PointCare will act as the management service organization to manage all healthcare operations of Medical Innovation Holdings.

2. Medical Innovation Holdings owns and operates healthcare service companies focused on the delivery of clinical virtual medicine. Through 3Point Care, the company said it implements, manages and supports the delivery of telehealth. Primarily, the subsidiary supports TeleLifeMD, a multi-disciplinary specialty healthcare practice.

3. 3PointCare offers centralized scheduling, credentialing support, 24/7 IT support and video conferencing.
