1. Mr. Downs most recently served as vice president of development for Trizetto Provider Solutions, now known as Cognizant.
2. Previously, he was an engineer at Microsoft/Skype.
3. He also served as chief architect at Boca Raton, Fla.-based Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
4. In his new role, Mr. Downs will oversee MedeAnalytics' technology strategy and product development.
