PrescribeWellness is a platform designed to help support pharmacists in providing preventive health services.
Through this partnership, members using McKesson’s AccessHealth, a managed care solution for pharmacies, will have access to PrescribeWellness’ medication synchronization tool StarWellness.
“Pharmacy reimbursement models are continuously evolving. Community pharmacies’ ability to provide solutions that help their patients improve their health and improve their scores across an increasing number of performance measures is a key to their survival,” said Tony Thuyen, chief strategy officer and cofounder of PrescribeWellness, in a statement.
