KLAS: Providers most interested in AI, virtual care market segments

Healthcare providers are increasingly looking to health IT vendors for solutions in artificial intelligence, machine learning and telehealth, according to a recent KLAS Research report

For its Emerging HCIT Companies 2020 report, KLAS interviewed 341 healthcare professionals from 299 different provider organizations about the types of tech solutions they're looking for from vendors.

Here are the market segments that providers have shown the most interest in, listed by the number of times respondents mentioned them.

5. Patient engagement: 20 times
