Jornaya launches insurance index to track customer behavior

Consumer insight platform Jornaya introduced an index to track the behavior of consumers shopping for health insurance.

The Insurance Shopping Activity Index predicts the likelihood of consumers buying payer products. The index can help insurers decide how to engage consumers in the purchasing process, maximize conversion rates and minimize the cost of acquiring members.

The index is provided to users of Jornaya’s platforms and solutions.  

More than 20 insurers use Jornaya’s solutions. In addition to health insurers, the platform is available for home, auto and life insurers.
