Here are the top vendors by overall performance score (out of 100), according to a KLAS Research survey of 111 healthcare organizations published Dec. 17:
1. RevSpring: 88.9
2. Cedar: 87.7
3. Flywire: 85.1
4. Waystar: 85
Note: Epic received a 92 but is not eligible to appear as fully rated because its offering is a combination of multiple products (i.e., MyChart, Hello World, Welcome), but KLAS said it plans to update Epic’s designation for future surveys.
