The national average length of stay for hospitals significantly decreased from 9.0 days in 1990 to 5.0 days in 2014, representing a 44 percent drop, according to CMS. However, to stay competitive and to lower costs, experts say there’s more work to be done.
During a webinar sponsored by Qventus, Diane Karagory, managing director of Huron Consulting Group, and Mudit Garg, founder and CEO of Qventus, will share approaches leading organizations take to improve discharges and tackle length-of-stay issues.
Tune in to learn critical processes of length-of-stay management, principles for evaluating length-of-stay solutions and how hospitals can leverage artificial intelligence to improve patient flow.
The webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 4, from 11 a.m.-noon CST. To register, click here.
