Greenway Health launches interoperability university: 4 things to know

Greenway Health, based in Carrollton, Ga., has launched the Greenway Interoperability University.

Here are four things to know about the program.

1. The six-week, on-the-job program is designed to recruit and train people as experts in interoperability.

2. The program offers classroom instruction, hands-on exercise, assessments, mentoring and ongoing learning.

3. Greenway Health recently hosted a graduation ceremony for the program’s first two classes at its corporate headquarters.

4. Greenway Health is a founding member of the CommonWell Health Alliance, an organization geared toward realizing interoperability in health IT.
