According to Glassdoor, Epic has an average rating of 3.2 out of 5, 66 percent of employees approve of CEO Judith Faulkner and 57 percent of employees would recommend Epic as an employer to a friend.
Epic was also named one of the “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” by this publication, due to its competitive salary and benefits like employee sabbaticals every five years and free snacks and beverages in the break rooms.
Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente is No. 12 on the list, and pharmaceutical firm Pfizer is No. 20.
