Former CMS CIO joins Leidos

Technology company Leidos has named retired Col. Bobby Saxon, a former deputy CIO at CMS, as the company’s vice president and strategic account executive for HHS.

Prior to his time at CMS, Mr. Saxon served as the division chief and IT program director for the U.S. Army, according to a Jan. 18 Leidos news release.

In his new position, Mr. Saxon will be responsible for growing Leidos’ relationship with HHS.
