Using data from more than 200 hospital IT leaders, the report found patient portal engagement varied widely by vendor. The top vendor was Epic — two-fifths of Epic clients had more than 10 percent of their patients interacting with the patient portal, and another two-fifths had between 6 and 10 percent engaged.

A close second was Cerner, with about a quarter of clients reporting more than 10 percent engagement and another quarter reporting 6 to 10 percent engagement.
