Phil Campbell. Vice President of Information Services and CIO of Calvert Health System (Frederick, Md.). Mr. Campbell is vice president of information services and CIO of Calvert Health System, which includes the nonprofit, community-owned Calvert Memorial Hospital. The hospital completed its EHR implementation in 2016. Prior to joining Calvert Memorial Hospital, Mr. Campbell served as deputy director for client services in the IT services division of the U.S. Naval Academy.
