  1. Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Health System said its new “smart hospital” in Paramus, N.J., will be using Meditech’s Expanse EHR system.
  2. Morris (Ill.) Hospital & Healthcare Centers moved from four disparate EHR systems to a Meditech Expanse EHR system.
  3. Meditech said it would embed Microsoft’s Nuance DAX Copilot into its Expanse EHR platform.
  4. Meditech added ambient listening technology to its Expanse EHR system.
  5. Meditech joined the Cancer Moonshot initiative, a project formed by the Biden administration that aims to cut the cancer death rate by at least half within 25 years and improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
