Boston-based Partners HealthCare, Cooley Dickinson’s parent, invested in a $1.2 billion transition to Epic across its network.

The transition at Cooley Dickinson has been smooth for the most part, although hospital officials did acknowledge some issues and patient delays. The hospital also spent two months training staff so they could learn how to use the software.
