The integration will happen through the Perfect Practice Alliance, an organization created by EHR Integration Services, National Physician Services and Byte Sized Solutions to help physician practices achieve clinical and business goals. EagleDream Health joined PPA as an affiliate partner.
“Our integrated offering will go a long way in linking clinical outcomes with cost and claims data to create innovative, actionable insights for physician practices. We at EHRis are excited to see the [Perfect Practice Alliance] grow with valuable partners such as Eagle Dream Health,” said Craig Luce, EHR Integration Services president.
The EHR QIS system is designed to provide physicians with point-of-care feedback on patient quality measures and care gaps. The EagleDream Health platform is designed to offer risk stratification and a population view of performance metrics.
