eHealth Technologies Appoints Ray Scott to Board

West Henrietta, N.Y.-based eHealth Technologies has appointed Ray Scott to the board of directors and elected him as chairman of the board.

Mr. Scott has a long-standing history in the health IT industry, co-founding Axolotl Corp. to provide electronic workflow solutions for healthcare providers and creating concepts integral to Clinical Messaging, allowing communication regarding electronic medical records.

“Mr. Scott’s wide-ranging expertise, his experience in growing companies and increasing shareholder value and his influence within the healthcare information technology industry makes him an exciting choice for eHealth Technologies’ chairman of the board,” said David Stevenson, board director of eHealth Technologies and managing director of Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, in the news release.
