Dolbey’s Fusion Suite includes the Speech Recognition software that operates both on the front end of an EMR, which collects the sound data and processes it, and on the back end, which transcribes the data into a system. KLAS considered functionality, customer satisfaction and whether the product delivered on its promises into the award determination, according to a news release.
The Concord and Cincinnati, Ohio-based Dolbey, which was founded in 1914, also produces digital dictation, transcription and coding software. Its speech software is powered by Nuance, which also provides speech recognition software Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
