- Bowman, N.D.-based Southwest Healthcare Services reported a data breach involving personal information.
- Tallahassee (Fla.) Memorial HealthCare suffered a security attack that compromised patients’ Social Security numbers and treatment information.
- Data was leaked from Amarillo-based Northwest Texas Healthcare System when a phishing campaign compromised its consulting company, Adelanto HealthCare Ventures.
- Berlin, Md.-based Atlantic General Hospital notified patients that some of their data might have been compromised after a ransomware attack.
- One million patient records were affected by an attack on Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
- A UC San Diego Health vendor transmitted personal health information to third-party service providers.
- Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health suffered a data breach after an unauthorized party gained access to an employee’s email account.
