Indianapolis-based Community Health Network expanded its working relationship with Boston-based Kyruus, which provides software to match patients with physicians.
In late 2015, Community Health Network deployed the Kyruus ProviderMatch suite in its patient call center. With this new action, CHN is continuing its use of ProviderMatch in its call center and deploying it on its consumer website.
In addition, CHN used the ProviderMatch API as it revamped its eCommunity.com website in September 2016.
"Prior to ProviderMatch, we lacked a single, searchable source of truth on the providers in our network and their areas of expertise, which hindered both call center workflow and patient-provider matching accuracy," said Julie O'Toole, CHN president of patient access and service. "Now we have a technology-driven approach to pairing patient with the right providers and a new level of insight into the providers in our network."
