The platform features real-time data and machine learning technology, using it to predict when a patient is at risk. It utilizes AI to provide clinicians with early warnings of clinical deterioration. Clinicians can access the information on a dashboard app. The platform also notifies providers of any deviations in predicted patient outcomes, allowing providers to adjust treatment if necessary.

Currently, the company has proof of concept systems running at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic and Tel Aviv Medical Center in Israel, according to Gal Salomon, founder and CEO of Clew Medical. The company, which has gained $10.5 million in financing, has begun the FDA 510(k) approval pre-submission process.
