Mr. Belmont has more than 30 years of health IT experience in consulting, sales and leadership.
Prior to his current position, he was system vice president and CIO at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans for nearly five years, a role for which he was promoted internally from his position as assistant vice president of corporate information systems. There, he was also responsible for rolling out the Epic EHR across Oschner Health Center locations.
In addition, he has held executive positions at Siemens, HealthLink and IBM.
