As part of the agreement, Carlyle will use a number of AHT solutions, such as a clinical management suite, a resident accounting suite, a financial accounting suite, interface technology with existing systems and web-based document management, according to a news release. Carlyle operates facilities in six South Carolina communities.

“We are in the midst of a major technology upgrade to coordinate both care and financial management of our system,” Braxton Barnette, Carlyle’s vice president and CFO, said in a statement. “We’re excited to implement this set of AHT technology solutions that will move our organization forward in terms of patient or resident care, efficiency and financial performance.”
