Mr. Frank is no stranger to the Pennsylvania payer market; he previously was the executive director of IT at Aetna/Coventry Health Care in Pittsburgh.
Additionally, Mr. Frank spent more than 10 years as a senior IT leader at Beaver, Pa.-based Heritage Valley Health System.
