Here are three things to know about the partnership.
1. Through the collaboration, the Allscripts Care Management platform will be connected with the TeleTracking patient flow and healthcare operational management platform.
2. Both companies will resell one another’s solutions.
3. “The ultimate objective of integrating Allscripts Care Management with TeleTracking’s solution is to drive improved operational outcomes and performance while reducing the overall cost and resource burdens on the health system,” said Martha Thorne, senior vice president and general manager of Allscripts Population Health Management.
