Kassandra Kurth, Director of Strategic Initiatives for Experian Health: When purchasing revenue cycle services from a vendor, don’t underestimate the importance of evaluating your current workflow. Automation should allow you to have a more efficient workflow, but that will most likely require process redesign and a reorganization of team members. Work closely with your vendor to have a clear vision of pre- and post-implementation workflow, and provide this training to your team members in conjunction with training on the new tools.
