Cooper University Hospital unveils $30M new patient wing

Cooper University Hospital in Camden, N.J., unveiled a new $30 million wing, according to a South Jersey Times report.

The wing includes 50,000 square feet of space and 60 private patient rooms designed for cardiac patients and those in need of cardiac surgery. The new wing also features nurse server units that can be accessed from both inside and outside of the room. Nurses stations are located between every two rooms rather than being centrally located, according to the report.
