Alegent Creighton Health plans $35M medical complex

Omaha, Neb.-based Alegent Creighton Health is planning a $35 million medical complex in Omaha.

The 90,000-square-foot building will offer outpatient, emergency and many diagnostic services. It will also be home to Creighton’s Family Medicine Residency Program. The outpatient service will begin with 30 physicians and 24 residents.

Construction is slated to start in spring 2015 and be completed by late 2016.
