1. Accretive Health, a provider of revenue cycle management and physician advisory services to healthcare providers, changed its name to R1 RCM and launched the R1 Performance Stack offering.
2. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health and private equity firm Pamplona Capital Management created a new business, Formativ Health, which will offer comprehensive management services to assist physician practices. Formativ will offer physician practices tailored revenue cycle management solutions, patient access services, physician practice management and advisory services.
3. MediMobile, a provider of charge and data capture software for healthcare organizations, integrated Wolters Kluwer's Health Language Provider Friendly Terminology solution.
4. Zotec Partners, one of the nation's largest revenue cycle and practice management providers, achieved compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards Version 3.2 as a certified Level 1 Service Provider.
5. PROMEDICAL, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company, launched a redesigned version of its website.
