4 hospital CFOs in the headlines

Here are four hospital and health system CFOs who were in the news this past week.

1. UMass Memorial Health Care CFO Sergio Melgar was in the news discussing the Worcester, Mass.-based health system's financial results for fiscal year 2015.

2. Eric Carlson, the former CFO of Morton (Wash.) General Hospital, was in the news as he filed a complaint in federal court alleging he was terminated as the hospital's finance chief for being gay.

3. Ed Clayton was in the news as he was promoted from CFO and COO of Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Mo., to the hospital's CEO post.

4. Danielle Morissette was in the news as he was named senior executive vice president and CFO of San Francisco-based Dignity Health.
