- Baptist Healthcare System (Louisville, Ky.) — from A2 to A3 (Moody’s)
- Fremont-Rideout Health Group (Marysville, Calif.) — from A3 to Baa2 (Moody’s)
- UF Health-Jacksonville (Fla.) — from BBB+ to BBB (Fitch)
