The mixed-use campus, named Verde Center at Peachtree, will feature a hospital and helipad, a research and fitness center, medical office space and areas for retail.

The trio is working with several healthcare systems and physician groups to staff the 600,000-square-feet of medical space.

“By attracting the best possible healthcare professionals, cost-effective wellness and health care services and localizing availability, we believe the Verde Center at Peachtree will have a positive, lasting impact on the residents of Mesquite and surrounding areas,” said Jim Ray, president of Medical Campus Group development firm.
