The expansion would include demolishing the oldest portion of the hospital, constructing a seven-story tower and renovating existing nursing units. The hospital’s capacity would remain at 359 beds.
In total, the project would involve the construction of 228,691 square feet and renovation of 262,436 square feet of the existing facility.
If the project is approved, the construction is expected to take 3.5 years, with a completion date in August 2022.
