The 190,000-square-foot facility has 150 patient beds, a neonatal unit with 19 beds and more cardiac and general operating rooms.
The opening was about 90 days behind schedule and $15 million over budget, due largely to additions to the original plan, according to the report.
Eric Pinalto, president of Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas, told the publication the overall construction went smoothly.
