Medical City to open $107M cancer hospital Oct. 28

Medical City Plano (Texas) will open its $107 million cancer hospital to patients Oct. 28, according to The Dallas Morning News.

The 138,000-square-foot facility will house 90 patient beds as well as operating rooms and recovery rooms. 

In addition to cancer services, the facility will offer burn and trauma intensive care.

The cancer hospital is part of Dallas-based Medical City Healthcare's four-year, $1.8 billion capital spending plan, according to the report.
